EUROPE TOUR24 FROM DEPRESSION TO ________ [mode of Withering to death. & UROBOROS]

The “EUROPE TOUR24 FROM DEPRESSION TO ________ [mode of Withering to death. & UROBOROS]”, the first European one in 4 years, has been announced for March 2024! It will start on March 19th in Warsaw and will include 9 shows in 4 different countries: Poland, France, the United Kingdom and Germany.

The tour series focused on one specific nostalgic album “FROM DEPRESSION TO ________”, which took place in Japan from 2016 to 2017, is coming to Europe bringing along the band’s 5th and 7th albums “Withering to death.” and “UROBOROS” respectively, presenting two different shows on two nights in almost every city.

NOTES
・There will be separate queues for each ticket category. Please wait in the correct line (look out for VIP and Priority signage).
・We kindly ask you to arrive EARLY if possible, preferably 15 minutes before VIP / Priority doors time, to ensure a smooth experience. If you are a VIP upgraded ticket holder, please note that the Meet & Greet will start right after the VIP doors time, so make sure to come in time. Otherwise, you may be unable to attend it.
・As for the laminate pass (VIP / Priority) and goodie bag (VIP), a DIR EN GREY representative will be outside in the queuing area at approximately 15:30 and 16:30 to check your upgrade and distribute them. Our staff will come to you, so please stay in the queue and have your tickets ready so your name can be checked from the list.
・Please don’t worry if you have not received your goodie bag (VIP) and laminate (VIP / Priority) before entry, as you will receive these inside the venue once the security team have checked your general admission ticket. Again, please have your upgrade ticket ready to show the member of our concert team to collect your goodie bag (VIP) and laminate (VIP / Priority).
・Laminate passes should be worn upon entry to the venue. Please note that laminate passes are not substitutive for the tickets, so please keep them with you to be ready to show them to the staff when requested.

From each venues’ doors time to the end of the show, until no more people are lining up for the merch booth.

【WARNINGS】
※A minimum stock of all the merchandising is available for each show, but please note that some items may be sold out in a short time depending on high demand.
※For information about the merchandising booth location, please ask the venue staff on the day of the show.
※All the merchandising is produced on a large scale. Please allow a size difference of 2-3 cm.
※All the merch item pictures are shown for illustrative purposes only. Designs and colors may be changed without prior notice.
※We won’t accept returns / exchanges unless the item you bought is defective. Please note that defective items may be exchanged only on the same day of your purchase (except for the Poland shows, according to the country’s legislation).
※We expect the merchandising booth to be crowded. In order to reduce the waiting times, it would be appreciated if you could get ready with the exact amount of money for your purchase to avoid making changes in case of paying by cash.

We will accept payments in both cash and card (cashless) at the merch booth.

For Poland, all payments will be processed in Polish złoty (PLN).
For the UK, cash payments will only be available in pound sterling (GBP), while cashless only in euro (EUR).
For both France and Germany, all payments will be processed in euro (EUR).

Since the cashless payment system depends on the network, it may not be available in case the connection is unstable. We would recommend you to have some cash ready with you if possible to be sure you’ll be able to purchase the merch you wish. Thank you for your cooperation.
