≪About ticket refunds for “TOUR20 疎外(SOGAI)”≫
Tickets for the cancelled show will be refunded as follows.
All the attendees that do not wish to have their tickets refunded, will receive a gift: a polaroid with a message by DIR EN GREY. We regret we cannot see you at the live venues, and we hope that the messages the members put into these polaroids will reach out as many of you as possible.

※Only the ticket applicant may have the tickets refunded. The applicant should eventually apply for the refund of the tickets bought on behalf of other people.

■TO ALL THE FANS WHO WISH TO EXCHANGE THEIR TICKETS WITH THE POLAROID GIFT
You will receive 1 polaroid (randomly selected member solo shot) on each ticket.
Exclusive Tickets will be exchanged with a set of 1 polaroid + Exclusive Ticket Gift on each ticket.

You will get your refund from the Ticket Agency you used to purchase your ticket. Please note you will need an unused ticket with counterfoil to apply for refund.

The tour is canceled. No show will be postponed.
You may choose to have your ticket refunded or exchanged into a Message Polaroid by DIR EN GREY (1 polaroid per 1 ticket).
The e+ refund fee will not apply on the application for the [Gift application (no refund)]. You may apply for the gift from DIR EN GREY Official Website.
Everyone who wish to get the ticket refund shall apply in the terms and conditions of above.

 
◆Lawson Tickets General Sales Tickets
⇒ You can have your ticket refunded at your local Lawson or Ministop shop.
If you chose Convenience Store pick-up as delivery method for your ticket, you can get refund at any “Loppi” from the convenience store chain you chose for pick-up. (Ticket picked up at Lawson→“Loppi” in Lawson stores / Ticket picked up at Ministop→“Loppy” in Ministop stores). Refund fee applies.
