This is another update about the special refund gift for all the fans who chose to exchange their tickets for the cancelled “The Insulated World -The Screams of Alienation-” shows, planned to be held at Pia Arena MM (Kanagawa) on July 23rd and 24th, with the refund gift.
The gifts were planned to be delivered in late September, but, due to manufacturing and shipping related issues, we are sorry to inform you we need to reschedule the delivery, now expected for late October 2020.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope in your kind understanding.
