【HOW TO PARTICIPATE】
You will receive one “Event Ticket” by preordering the NEW SINGLE『The Devil In Me』 (2024.4.24 RELEASE) 【Limited Deluxe Version】([CD+Blu-ray] SFCD-0281〜282 OR [CD+DVD] SFCD-0283〜284) upon full advanced payment.
On the day of the event, “Event Ticket” holders will be able to attend the event on first come first served basis.
The meeting time stated on the “Event Tickets” is changes every certain number of tickets. Please note that if you come before the stated time, you will not be able to line up for the event, so make sure to come no more than 5 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.
The distribution of the “Event Tickets” will end as soon as they run out of stock.
 
【HOW TO PLACE A PREORDER BY ADVANCED PAYMENT AT THE ELIGIBLE TOWER RECORDS】
・The acceptance for the advanced payment preorders eligible for the “Event Tickets” will and as soon as the store runs out of “Event Tickets”.
・Preorders registration and acceptance is available at the “Event Tickets” distribution eligible stores only.
・The only payment methods available are cash and credit card (lump-sum payment). You may not use any kind of coupon / point cards / parking service discount coupon.
・Please note that, depending on the communications network conditions, it may be impossible to use payment methods other than cash.
・You will need to use your smartphone / mobile phone (some devices may not be supported) to register your preorder.
・You will need to enter your phone number and e-mail address in order to register your preorder.
・Mails will be sent to you from the 『towerrecords.co.jp』 domain, so please check your device settings and make sure to be able to receive them.
・When registering your preorder, please scan the QR code available at the event venue with your smartphone / mobile phone (some devices may not be supported) and click the 「空メールを作成する」 (send a blank e-mail) button on the screen you were redirected to, and send it after checking the e-mail address you are sending it from is correct.
・As you receive a 「予約登録のご案内」 (Preorder registration e-mail), please click on the link in the e-mail body and access to the preorder registration screen.
・Please select the product you wish to preorder and register it after checking the quantity, bonus gift and warnings.
・As you complete your preorder registration, you will get a QR code for the payment. At this point, your preorder is not completed yet, so please show the QR code at the counter.

【ABOUT PICKUPS】
・You may pick up your product(s) only at the store where you placed your preorder. (you may not choose one)

・Please note that no changes / returns / refunds request depending on the customer convenience may be accepted, no matter what the reason is.

For the advanced payment preorders you may choose between receiving your product(s) by mail and picking it up at the store.
＜AT THE STORES＞
You can pick up your preorder at the store.
The storage period is 4 weeks since the product has got in stock (From when the product gets in stock in the evening of April 23rd (Tue.), 2024 to the store closing time on May 20th (Mon.))
After the orders storing period ends, all the unclaimed orders will be considered as cancelled and the purchasers will be unable to pick them up.
＜BY MAIL＞
Your products will be shipped to the place stated in the preorder sheet you filled in when making your preorder.
You will need to pay for the shipping fee as stated on the preorder sheet. If you make more than one preorder, you will need to pay a shipping fee for each of your preorders.
The product will be shipped out on the order date basis as the product gets in stock.
 
【WARNINGS RELATED TO THE ATTENDANCE TO THE EVENT】
The “Event Tickets” will be distributed at the moment of the preorder / purchase, on first come first served basis, starting from the ones for the earliest timeslot. Please come to the meeting point according to the time stated on your “Event Ticket”. Staff will admit you to the Event Space as the time comes.
・After entering the Event Space and using 1 event ticket, attendees with multiple “Event Tickets” will have to line up again at the bottom of the waiting line within the Event Space. Please note that if you did not come to the meeting point in time, you will need to line up at the bottom of the waiting line and you may be unable to attend the event.
・When placing an advanced payment preorders for the eligible product, you may choose between the record store bonus gift and the “Event Ticket”.
Please note that if you choose the “Event Ticket”, you may not get also the bonus gift
※If you place the preorder within the eligible period, you can get both the “Event Ticket” and the Early Preorder Bonus Gift.
・【First Press Limited Version】([CD+DVD] SFCD-0285〜286)、【Regular Version】(SFCD-287) are not eligible for the event.
・Please note that reservations made before the start of the reservation acceptance period are not eligible for the “Event Ticket”.
・Please note that you may get only the autograph and may not request the artist to put the date, your name etc.
・Please note that no returns or refund may be accepted except for defective items.
・It is strictly prohibited to gathering up and sitting around the venue / lining up in the night for the “Event Ticket” distribution and on the day of the event.
・There will be no live performance.
・You will get 1 “Event Ticket” per purchase. Please note that if buying multiple copies of the eligible product at the same time, you will get only 1 “Event Ticket”.
・1 “Event Ticket” may be used only once and by 1 person only.
・The distribution of the “Event Tickets” will stop as soon as the planned max number of tickets has been reached.
・Children from the elementary school age will need an “Event Ticket”.
・Staff will collect your “Event Ticket” after it has been used.
・Please make sure to bring the product you purchased along with the “Event Ticket” with you on the day of the event. In case you forget it, you may not attend the event.
・”Event Tickets” may not be re-issued for any reason. Please be careful not to lose yours.
・”Event Tickets” are valid only for the event stated on them.
・It is strictly prohibited to resell / give away “Event Ticket”, including and not limited to your family members / friends etc.
・Audio and / or video recording and photography are strictly prohibited, as well as eating inside the store.
・Please be aware that various restrictions may be imposed to prevent accidents and confusion on the day of the event.
・Please follow the instructions given by the staff both on the day of the event and at the time of the “Event Tickets” distribution. People not following the instruction given may not be able to attend the event. Please note that in the worst scenario, the event itself may be cancelled.
・Please note that it is forbidden to smoke, drinking alcohol or eating nearby the venue.
・Please note that the event type / details may be changed or the event may be cancelled for several reason.
・People whose behavior interferes with the event operation will be asked to leave the venue. Please note that in the worst scenario, the event itself may be cancelled.
・Please note that no present to the member are accepted. However, there will be a box for fan letters, please use it if you wish.
・Please note that there may be some media coverages / recordings by newspapers, TV and other media, and that attendees may show up in the final product.
・There are no coin lockers in the event venue. Please note that the venue staff cannot keep your baggage, so please keep your belongings with yourself.
・Please note that big luggage such as and not limited to suitcases cannot be brought inside the venue, as they would interfere with the event operation. Please use the coin lockers available in the stations or nearby the venue.
・Sitting down around the venue area and any other behaviors that may disturb the venue or the surrounding area are strictly prohibited.
