【How to attend an event】
Reserve your copy of DIR EN GREY NEW ALBUM『The Insulated World』【Limited Deluxe Version】([Bonus Blu-ray] SFCD-0229～231 / [Bonus DVD] SFCD-0232～234)(2018.9.26 on sale) at the stores of above to attend an event. Numbered tickets will be handed out at the moment of payment so hurry while tickets last!
On the day of the event, attendees will enter the event space on ticket number order.
※The numbered tickets are given out randomly (not in any particular order).
※If you have a numbered ticket, please go to the meeting area stated on your ticket.

【How to Receive Your Items】
If your item is paid in advance, you will be able to choose from either picking it up at the store or delivery.
＜Store Pickup＞
You may pick up your paid item at the store. Your copy will be held at the store for 4 weeks upon arrival (from Sep. 25th, 2018 (Tue.) to each shop closing hour on Oct. 22 (Mon.)). Please be aware that if you do not pick up your item before the deadline date, your reservation will be will be canceled.
＜Delivery Service＞
You may use the delivery service for your paid item by filling out the delivery form. You will need to pay also a shipping fee as stated in the delivery form. You will need to pay the shipping fee on each reservation made. The products will be shipped out starting from the CD release day, on reservation date order.

【Rules and Regulations】
・Limited First Press Version (SFCD-0235～236) and Original Version (SFCD-0237) are NOT eligible.
・The numbered ticket will be given out randomly (not in any particular order).
・Please note that reservations made before the “registration start date” of above will not be eligible for the events.
・The members at the store will sign only his name. Event date, your names and any other content will not be signed.
・No refunds or returns of the items unless damaged.
・Please do not sit-in or lineup at the store from the day before to reserve your copy or on the day of the event.
・There will be NO performances by the member.
・One ticket per purchase. NOT 1 ticket per item.
・One ticket will be valid for one person only and for one sign only.
・Event ticket will be handed out to you at the selected stores after you have paid for the items in advance. The tickets will be handed out in the order of payment, not in the order of reservation.
・Only a limited number of tickets are available.
・Elementary school children will require a ticket to enter the event space.
・Your ticket will be collected at the event upon use.
・Please do not forget to bring your ticket with you on the day of the event. You will not be able to participate without the ticket.
・Your ticket will not be re-issued under any circumstances. Please do not lose your ticket.
・Tickets are valid only on the stated date.
・NO recordings of any kind are permitted (photos, movies, audio). No food or drinks allowed.
・To prevent accidents, there may be restrictions at the event. Please follow the directions to ensure your safety.
・Please follow the event staff’s directions at all times during the reservation period and event day. We may cancel the event if you do not do so.
・NO smoking, NO eating, NO drinking and NO alcoholic beverages are permitted. If you are under the influence of alcohol, you will not be permitted to participate in the event.
・Event and content of the event are subject to change without notice.
・If your actions disrupt the event in any way, you will be asked to leave. In the worst case, we may cancel the event.
・Members will NOT accept any present or letter on the day of the event. A letter box will be available in the event space: ONLY LETTERS accepted.
・Please be aware that press (newspapers, TV, magazines etc.) will be present at the events and you may be subject to appear in the photos/footages.
・There are NO lockers at the stores so please be responsible for all of your belongings.
・Large suitcases and bags will be not permitted in the event area. Please use the coin lockers at the stations.
・Please avoid any acts that may affect the regular activity of the stores or that may cause any inconvenience to the other customers, such as sitting on the floor etc.
・You are no allowed to wait near the stores the shop opening hour on late night or early morning.
