“The Insulated World -The Screams of Alienation-” shows, scheduled to be held at Pia Arena MM (Kanagawa Prefecture) on July 23th and 24th, 2020, have been canceled. The band, along with all the staff and the event organizer, has carefully considered the possibility of hold the show, ending up taking this unfortunate decision.
We know many of you were looking forward to these shows, but we must say that music is expression, and that it is not possible for the band to bring you the best performance while following the preventive measure guidelines announced by the government. This is the reason behind the decision of cancel the shows.
We deeply apologize for bringing such a sad news to the all of you who were looking forward to attend the shows, but we hope in your kind understanding.

The tickets for the canceled shows will be refunded as follows.
All the attendees that do not wish to have their tickets refunded, will receive a special gift: a copy of the NEW SINGLE 『落ちた事のある空 (Ochita Koto no Aru Sora)』 (Pia Arena MM Special Package version) on each unrefunded ticket.
If you wish to get refund for your ticket or to have it exchanged into the single, please make sure to make your application through the Pia Arena MM Special Application Page.

※Only the person who purchased the ticket may apply for refund. The ticket holder should eventually apply for the refund of the tickets bought on behalf of other people.
