With reference to the pre-doors merch access Number Tickets for which applications are currently open, we have noticed that some applications were submitted with incorrect combinations.
Please note that tickets will be checked when lining up for the pre-doors merch sale, and in case the combination of show ticket type and Number Ticket type is incorrect, your Number Ticket will be invalid and cannot be used.
To ensure that more fans can get their Number Tickets, please make sure to confirm once again that your show ticket and the Number Ticket you are applying for form a valid combination.
If you have already submitted an application for a Number Ticket and wish to make changes, please cancel your application yourself and make a new one within the application period.
Please refer to the instructions below for how to cancel your application and submit a new one.
※For merchandise sales after doors open and after the show ends, all attendees will line up in a single queue regardless of ticket type.
＜HOW TO CHANGE YOUR APPLCATION＞
Within TicketTown website, go to your My Page ⇒ Application History ⇒ Pending entries and select 【Cancel Draw Application】.
After completing the cancellation, please make a new application.
