※As a preventive measure to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all the attendees will need to scan the QR code available at the venue and fill in a form with their e-mail address and the event they are participating to. Attendees will need to show to the staff the reception e-mail coming after the reception of the form. The e-mail address information will be used to get in touch with the event attendees in the case any of the people attending the event (including artists) has reported to be infected with COVID-19. All the information will be deleted under the company’s responsibility after 1 month from the day of the event. Please note that it will not be possible to be admitted to the event space without submitting the contact form.

＜Notes on participating in the event＞
・There will be no live performance.
・The “event admission ticket” will be handled on the eligible shop indicated before on a first-come first-serve basis.
・Since there is a limited number of them, the event admission tickets will be distributed until they run out.
・Each event admission ticket is valid only once and only for one person.
For those who are not elementary school students, one “event ticket” is required for each person in order to participate.
・Please, note that each ticket will be collected by the shop staff once it’s used.
・Please, make sure to bring your event admission ticket on the day of the event since you will not able to participate in case of forgetting it.
・Event admission tickets will not be reissued. Please, take care of not breaking it or losing it.
・It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, record videos, record audio or eat and drink in the store by any means with any kind of equipment.
・Some restrictions may be set at the event to prevent accidents or confusion on the day of the event.
・Please, refrain from gathering up and sitting around the shop or cause trouble to any other attendees.
・It is strictly prohibited to stay around the shop overnight.
・Please understand that any product devolution or refund will not be accepted unless the product comes in a bad condition.
・Please note that the event contents may be changed or the event may be canceled due to various circumstances.
・Attendees may be asked to leave the event space in case of bad behavior. In the worst case, the event itself may be canceled.
・Please, note that children under 6 years of age are not able to participate in the event.
・It is prohibited to give presents to the artists themselves directly. Please, hand it out to the shop staff. It is also prohibited to shake hands with the artists or make them write down the event date or any name.
・Please, note that in case media such as newspapers or TV take part on the event for recording or taking any kind of material, attendees may be spotted on the pictures or videos taken.
