We regret to inform you that there was a defect in the Shoulder Bag sold on Feb. 5th and 6th of DIR EN GREY Nippon Budokan. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We would like to replace the defective shoulder bag with a new one so please send your shoulder bag to the below address:

You do not need to pay for the shipping costs when you send out the package. We will pay the shipping cost upon arrival of your package so please choose a delivery company of your choice that has this service.
Please keep the receipt with you until you receive your new shoulder bag.
If you are attending the Feb.12th show at Liquid Room, we will accept your shoulder bag at the merchandise stand from 12pm. We may not be able to assist you during our busy hours which will be when doors open. We will handout a ticket receipt so please hold onto that until you receive your new shoulder bag.
If you do not have a ticket to this show, please send your shoulder bag to the above address.
The new shoulder bag will be sent to you between late February to early March.
