※Once the OFFICIAL FAN CLUB 「a knot」 presale (raffle) period is over, you cannot make any changes or cancellations even before the results announcement date.
※You cannot modify, cancel or request a refund due to personal reasons after purchasing tickets, regardless of whether they have been issued or not, except in case the screening is cancelled.
※The Stage Greeting Events may be canceled and the participants lineup may be subject to changes without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will not refund any transportation or accommodation expenses. Please note that, if the movie screening takes place, no changes or refunds for tickets will be accepted.
※Minors must get parental/guardian consent before purchasing tickets and attending the event.
※The purchase, transfer, or resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Tickets that have been resold may be invalidated, and entry may be denied.
※Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason (including and not limited to loss, theft, damage or forgetting to bring them along). Additionally, tickets whose stubs were trimmed before the entry may be invalid. Please, be careful when managing and storing your tickets.
※Please note that there may be video recordings or photography with documenting or media coverage purposes at the movie theater. Please be aware that, in that case, you might be portrayed in these recordings. By attending the event, you consent to this possibility and give up those portrait rights.
※Depending on the movie theater’s seating arrangements, your seats may not be next to each other.
※Those using wheelchairs may watch the movie from designated wheelchair spaces. Since these spaces are limited, please contact the cinema you plan to watch the show at after issuing your ticket.
※It is strictly prohibited to take photos, videos or audio recordings inside the screening room using any kind of device, including and not limited to smartphones and cameras. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing, not limited to the Internet, may lead to legal consequences. If such behavior is detected, the recorded content must be deleted and the owner will be expelled from the movie theater. In such cases, no refunds for tickets or other related expenses will be issued.
※We cannot accept gifts, letters or any other items for the Stage Greeting Events participants.
※The event may be interrupted for safety reasons in case of an earthquake or disaster alert.
