Thank you for your continued support of DIR EN GREY.
 
Regarding Toshiya’s COVID-19 diagnosis, he is currently following the doctors’ instructions and is slowly but steadily recovering, his condition getting better every day.
Nevertheless, their manager Fujieda -who was with the members during the tour- also tested positive on the PCR test and his condition has been already confirmed. He is also slowly heading to recover.
As for the rest of the band members and tour staff, no one had any symptoms or tested positive so far.
We are very sorry for all the trouble and inconveniences this situation has caused.
 
On a happier note, we are glad to announce that the rescheduled dates for the postponed shows have been arranged.

The tickets (both digital or physical) for the postponed shows are valid for the respective rescheduled shows. Please make sure to keep your ticket until the day of the concert since tickets will not be re-issued for any reason (including loss or disposal). You may not enter the venue without a valid ticket.
 
In the unfortunate case you cannot attend the rescheduled show, you may apply for a ticket refund by following the instructions below. The refund application term will start from tomorrow, July 7th (Thu.) at 10:00 and will last until July 11th (Mon.) at 23:59 (both JST). Please, note that the procedure to follow at every purchase site may differ, so check the information below carefully.

Refund for tickets purchased at Lawson Ticket

⇒ Note that the refund will be made for part of the ticket price and service fees (it is not a full refund). You will need the issued ticket and the handling fee ticket (各種手数料券) which was issued along with the show ticket in order to apply for the refund and any Lawson or MiniStop store.
*Both the ticket and the handing fee ticket will be collected at the store when making the refund procedure.
