We are sorry to inform you that the “Bag & Strap”, one of the items coming as bonus gift for VIP / ET tickets, will not be ready for the shows due to some delays in the import custom inspections, and that we will ship this item to the ticket holders at later date.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As for the other items, they can be picked up at the venue only.

To the attendees with VIP/Exclusive Tickets to the concerned shows: we will include a sheet to access a shipping information registration form. Please submit it by Sunday, December 15, 2024.
We plan to ship the “Bag & Strap” within December 2024 but, depending on the arrival schedule of the imported goods, delivery may be delayed until January 2025. We will notify you once shipping is complete. We hope for your understanding and patience in this matter.
Please note that, for those attending multiple shows in Nagoya or Osaka and registering the same shipping address, we will send you your items into a single shipment. However, please note that you must fill out the registration form for each performance you attend. We apologize for the extra effort this may require.
