●In March, DIR EN GREY released their single titled “THE FINAL”. After the Hall Tour held during the second half of the previous year, right after the release the band toured for 2 months in all-standing venues. In July they released the single 『朔-saku-』and went on tour again.
In autumn, they performed 2 nights at Hibiya Yaon in Tokyo followed by a “female-only show”, a “male-only show” and a “couples-only show” aiming to even the number of male and female attendees. During this time, offers for tours were pouring in from several countries around the world.
